1881 census absentee

Letitia Burton was b Pinchbeck Lincs June 1859, the third daughter and seventh child of Thomas Burton and Letitia Stanton; in the 1861 and 1871 censuses she is at her parents home in Pinchbeck. In 1881 she is absent, the only Letitia Burton whose age fits was b in Australia, and living in Norfolk; and her mother also Letitia living at Pinchbeck. In 1891 she was in domestic service on the Isle of Wight. She died in Boston Lincs one week before the 1901 census. Any ideas about tracing her please?

For the information of readers: Letitia Burton was masquerading as Leticcia Burdon on the census working as a 22 year old domestic in Hampshire. This seems to be her as in 1891 she was working as a domestic in the Isle of Wight.  This entry would have been made by an enumerator; seems as though we've changed one set of problems i.e. enumerator writing what he heard up to 1901 for a problem deciphering our ancestors' writing in 1911 and subsequent.

The address where my grandmother resided in 1881 was Seafield St. Helens Hants. Was this in the St. Helens parish Ryde IoW, or is it somewhere else on the mainland with a more common name?
