My web site has 92,000 records for Broughtons

Broughton - All

My Broughtons came from the Stamford / Rutland area, then London (1800), then
Birmingham (1851).

I've had a real struggle putting my family tree together. So I created a database with 92,000 records for Broughtons from all over the place! Why stick with one county when you can just as easily import all of England. You can download this from my web site http://www.geoffbroughton.talktalk.net/FamilyHistory/index.html or contact me (address on web site).

Any Valentine Broughtons are definitely mine. Family legends about Jack Broughton the pugulist abound but there is no proof.
