Derby institution in 1911 ??

I have just been told my GM Rebecca Ann Holmes {Lorriman} was in a Derby instit. in 1911. Could anyone tell me what that would be ? A workhouse or Asylum ?  Wher could i get the details ?Please could some kind person help ?In 1901 she was in a Leeds WH.She was orig. from Rothwell.
