Can anyone give me information on how to find immigration records for people who left lower Moville and went to Scotland. Are there such records? or did people just up and go?
I'm looking in particular for a family of Quigleys whom I believe were flax growers in Braddy Glen (Bredagh Glen) they were there in 1825 Biddy, Charles and Patrick. Quigley was not a common name in that area.
Any suggestions would be welcome.

No records were kept of people going from Ireland to Scotland, England and Wales as all were part of U.K.
