Robert Cummings b1806 Kirby Lonsdale

Robert Cummings B1806 Kirkby Lonsdale. D 1875 Kendal. Not found in 1841 Census. Census of 1851 & 61 shows he is living in Liverpool (where most of my family come from) No mention in the Census of 1871. It looks like he returned to Westmoreland when his wife died in 1872.
His wife was a Margaret Kearney B 1809 in Milnethorpe. Although the birth villages are quite close, they appeared to have met and married in Liverpool.
I would appreciate any other information.
