I personally find it quicker to order from Leominster registry office itself they`re very helpful and a relative has ordered copies from GRO that are practically illegible when received Address is The Old Priory Church St. Leominster HR68EQ
I can confirm the Leominster Register will do the certificates in a day normally. They are open Mon Wed Fri 9.30 to 1pm if you want to ring and check they hold the certificate, and it is not in another District as some District areas changed and amalgamated over the years.
