Morrisons of Kilberry area

The father of my grandmother Mary Morrison (28 Nov 1869 Killean-12 Feb 1951 Lochcarron) was Duncan Morrison (7 Sep 1821 Killean-6 Apr 1886 Kilberry). I'm having trouble verifying Duncan's father. The most likely find I have for this was born 16 Mar 1780 Kilfinan, but am not aware that this line originated there.  Mary's mother was Mary McMurchy (? June 1785 Kilberry- ?), whom James married in Sadell on 28 Feb 1807, and again in Killean on 5 Mar 1807.

Does anyone have information that would help me to verify or eliminate the James Morrison I've mentioned as the father of Duncan Morrison (1821-1866)?

Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
