1914/1918 War

Trying to trace anything at all on - JAMES COX - `Jimmy`.  He lived in Oxford in 1914 and was single.  He `went down` off Jutland during war.  Do not know if he was Army being transported or if he was naval.

I should think he might have lived in the St. Ebbes area of Oxford.

The Commonwealth graves site has all deaths during the wars with some information about each person.    www.cwgc.org

might be better if you post this on the armed forces board(ww 1) along with
details of his age and parents(if known)
if he "went down" off jutland then i would think navy , rather than army being
transported to france
