I am descended from George Sparks b.c 1790, Liverpool. 

He married Catherine Price in 1816 at St Peters, Liverpool.  The following of their children were baptised at Storton (Bebbington), Cheshire:
  Betty (1816)
  Margaret (1818, married William Smith Stredder)
  Alice (1822)
  Joseph (1824-1890 Bolton; married Hannah Scott, a widow, two children: George F & Martha C)
  William (1826)
These last two were baptised in Liverpool:
  Sarah (1828)
  Mary Ann (1831; married a Barnes, two children: Richard & Thomas) 

In 1851 George and Catherine lived at 6 Pownall St, Liverpool.
