Pretty much the same reply as your Sheldon post really - there are 100 1901 entries for that surname in Derbyshire so you need to give more specific info as to who you are researching

The 1881 census will be a good starting point and is free to search yourself at www.familysearch.org

You may also want to consider buying a copy of Herberts birth cert to confirm if the above are the right parents
