As there are over 500 parishes to check, that's kind of hard for anyone to undertake at the Record Office. However, the Devon FHS has indexed all marriages 1754-1837 by either parish or surname. Given that there are multiple possibilities for the spelling of COLLACOTT, I suggest you ask them to supply all COL*C*T marriages. Go to their website at http://www.devonfhs.org.uk/indexes.htm for details on how to obtain the index.

The LDS has not actually filmed any of the original registers for Church of England parishes in Devon. The limited coverage that they have for the county is taken from transcriptions either made by Victorian historians such as Rev. John Ingle Dredge or the Devon & Cornwall Record Society - see http://genuki.cs.ncl.ac.uk/DEV/DCRS/
