Have looked at Measham Cemetery and cannot find a burial there for Benjamin.  To double check contact the Parish Clerk at:  http://www.leicestershireparishcouncils.org/measham

They have all burials on their database

I do have extensive information on the Wileman family at Measham.  If your are interested please get in touch

Best wishes

Just found this post and I too am interested in Wileman (Wildman)'s of Measham.

I don't have much info as I haven't been able to get access to the parish records but I have a William Wileman who married Mahala Woodward in 1807 and I'd like to trace William further back.

I think the next step for me is to try and find possible Measham burial records for William who I know must have died between 1813 and 1829.

Any help would be appreciated.

Oh dear Damian I don't seem to be doing very well for you with Measham burials,  the index I have starts in 1813 but the first William Wileman mentioned is not until 1822 William aged 5wks then there is a William in 1823 aged 8wks and not another one until 1833 - too late late to be your man.  I had a look at the fiche for 1811 and 1812 but still couldn't see him.

Undecided
