Achnagairn House
« on: Tuesday 31 March 09 15:16 BST (UK) »

Hello

Thomas MCKENZIE & Mary BAIN baptised their eldest daughter Elizabeth at Inverness on 12 May 1830.  Thomas was recorded as a house servant at Achnagairn.  This property is now a hotel and looks amazing.  Where would I find any employment records, if they exist?

Thomas also worked at Boathe near Auldearn as a house servant before he married (1827).

Any ideas for other lines of research would be gratefully received!
