I am looking for any information on the marriage of David Smith and Jane Parrott
Hemel Hempstead around 1897
also any children I have been told there were 2
Edith born abt 1900
James born abt 1901

I have found a David James
I don't no if there are 2 or 3 ( could David James and James be the same person ??)
any help would be wonderful

Also following births which are possibles for the children

Smith  Edith Mary 
Dec Quarter 1899 H. Hempstead  3a 703


SMITH  James 
Jun Quarter 1901 H. Hempstead  3a 743

Jane Smith age 28  b Boxmoor, Hertfordshire Widow Head
David J Smith age 2 b Luton, Bedfordshire Son
Edith M Smith age 1  b Kings Langley, Hertfordshire Daughter
George Smith age 22 b Great Gaddesden, Hertfordshire Brother in Law

I have looked for the Brother in Law George SMITH b Great Gaddesden in 1891 Census and found the following which includes a brother David who is probably yours.

RG12/1125 F 8 P 9
Piper's Hill, Great Gaddesden, Hertfordshire (District Hemel Hempstead)

James Smith age 48  b Ivinghoe, Bucks Head  Woodsman/ Agricultural Labourer
Edith Smith age 48 b Great Gaddesden Wife
Albert Smith age 19 b Great Gaddesden Son
Mary Ann Smith age 17 b Great Gaddesden Daughter  
David Smith age 14 b Great Gaddesden Son
George Smith age 11 b Great Gaddesden Son
William Smith age 6 b Great Gaddesden Son
John Smith age 4 b Great Gaddesden Son

I would think this is David SMITH's death

Smith  David age 24 Mar Quarter 1901  H. Hempstead  3a 417
