THOMAS family
« on: Sunday 05 April 09 08:27 UTC (UK) »

Hi,
Am searching for info. on Elizabeth Thomas' parents and family. She was born in Australia but parents William Thomas and Elizabeth Penrose were both born in Cornwall.
William in 1811 and Elizabeth in1805, and were married in Cornwall in 1837.
Death cert's list William's parents as William Thomas and Margaret Roberts.
Elizabeth's parents listed as William Penrose and Elizabeth Trenary.
Always grateful for any assistance, Cheers, Wink
Kerry

Hi again,

Before logging off I did notice that I made a big mistake  Angry in my first post ... Elizabeth Thomas (parents William Thomas and Elizabeth Penrose) wasn't born in Oz. like I said - she was born 11.2.1848, in Fabijean, Cornwall.
Cheers, Wink

Hi Kerry,

Someone has a Tree on Ancestry for this Family. It seems VERY well researched Smiley

They have the dates of her parents as;

William Penrose 1789-1874
Elizabeth Trenerry 1787-1869

Also the Penroses going back to 1638 Grin Grin

If you do not know who has this Tree I can contact for you.
