Hello.  I'd appreciate a search on the Northants marriage index for Thomas Anniss ( or Anness or Annis) of Titchmarsh and Eliza Read of Stow Longa or Buckworth (HUN). In the 1861 census they are both aged 32 and have a daughter aged 7 so probably married c. 1854.

Unfortunately, the Northants. MI only covers the years 1700-1837.  Also, I can't see any sign of the marriage on FreeBMD.

Hi Salt.

Welcome to Rootschat.

The Northamptonshire Marriage Indexes cover most of the County upto 1860.

There are 4 cd roms including the Soke of Peterborough cd and one for pre 1700.

There is no mention on them either on the freebmd.

Maybe they just said they were married.

There is a marriage for a possible brother William in the Northants Strays
index at http://www.northants1841.fsnet.co.uk/.

Just go to the Indexes from the main page.
