1861 census - Jones, Francis & Henry

Could anyone please look up Shropshire 1861 for my ancestors:

Henry Jones, b.Bettws, Montg. ca 1858

This would make him about 3 yrs of age - father's name Francis Jones (don't know his age or birthplace)

Not sure they were in the county, but I cannot find them in Montg. census for 1861.
