MI's disc - lookup?

Hello,

Has anyone got the OXF-M0N07 Monumental Inscription disc from the OFHS? I would like a lookup for the surname Cutler in Lewknor but don't want to fork out for the disc when there is only one tiny parish I am interested in.

Hi Matt

A total of 236 Lewknor monumental inscriptions feature in this society's database, but none refer to the surname CUTLER. A quick look at the Oxfordshire Baptism Index suggests that there are CUTLER entries therein at both Lewknor and the surrounding parishes, so we can try to take this further if you can be more specific as to who you are looking for.

Alternatively, our members have transcribed and indexed the parish registers of Lewknor, and we make these available on microfiche and on CD.

How would I go about searching the baptisms I would like? I have only three I'm interested in

What parishes near Lewknor are the Cutler's listed in? The IGI Marriage BT extracts say that there are some marriages in Henley and that matches some names in Gt Marlow but not yet got a link. I am desperately searching a Richard Cutler c. 1695

Thanks for those marriages - I have the Lewknor one (they are my gggggggg grandparents) but not the Henley one. I am aware there are many Cutler's at Henley. I haven't been able to link them as I haven't got the baptism of Richard Cutler yet, not at Lewknor sadly
