I am now certain that my Charles WILLIAMS is the son of your William WILLIAMS.
William was the son of Edward WILLIAMS & Mary ? there is no marriage in Oxfordshire for these two.  Edward & Mary had 5 children in Little Rollright.
Charles married Lizetta JOB - BLISS 15 Sep 1896 in Little Rollright. 
It is the JOB family that is my connection in all this, Lizetta was the daughter of Eliza JOB who married James BLISS. 
Eliza was the sister of Samuel JOB who is the G Grand father of my wife.
I have a newspaper report of the marriage between Charles WILLIAMS and Lizetta JOB BLISS, also a photograph of Little Rollright Manor where the couple lived after they were married.
It appears that the family owned the whole village, not very big village mind you but did own the lot!!

Edward WILLIAMS married Mary MASON 16 Jan 1815 in Brailes, Warwickshire. (Thanks, Debbie)
There is a 2 year old Jane MASON on the 1841 census with Edward and Mary.
