Welcome from me too! 
The site ev mentions (SP) is Scotland's People: www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk and as she has kindly carried out a couple of searches there, you would be able to download both the documents she mentions (Marriage & Birth Certs.)
It's a pay-per-view site and the minimum spend is £6.00 (for 30 credits).
On Robert & Christina's Marriage Certificate for example, you would get their ages, occupations, date & place of marriage, both sets of parents names (as well as stating whether they are still alive or deceased) and the names of witnesses. There might even be a few extra snippets too.
Well worth spending a few pounds on!

Address: Odinsgarth, Cross and Burness and North Ronaldshay, Orkney
The marriage cert, as indicated, will let you confirm her parents names and census entries.
