Oldbury Baptisms Lookup - Jones

I am really in need of some help in continuing my research into my Jones family branch, for obvious reasons. Would some kind soul who has access to Oldbury parish registers look up birth/baptism records for the children of my GGG Grandparents, all of whom were born in Oldbury Worcester. On the 1871 census for Oldbury - Ecclesiastical Parish: Christ Church their details are recorded as -

Edward Jones - Head - 36 years
Alice Jones - Wife - 31 years
Alice Jones - Daughter - 9 years
Thomas Jones -  Son - 6 years
Mary Jones - Daughter - 3 years

A further child, Elizabeth Jones 9 years is recorded on the 1881 census for Wombwell, Yorkshire as also being born in Oldbury, Worcester. Edward and his wife Alice were also born in Oldbury but I dont have their marriage certificate or any of their childrens birth certificates. I also dont know Alice's maiden name.  If I can find out when the children were born/baptised then it would help me in narrowing down the options when ordering the birth certificates for the children. At the moment there are just too many choices.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much for that Donna.  It really is greatly appreciated. I've been putting off researching my Jones branch for so long due to it being such a common surname. If I get no other offers of help I'll let you know in a week. 

There doesn't seem to be another marriage record between an Edward Jones and an Alice during the right time period on the website you mentioned so that might just be my GGG Grandparents. The only way of confirming that I assume would be to order the children's birth certificates.

you could try asking for a 1861 look up for Edward and Alice sorry i don't have the 1861 census

Thanks for all that information Jackie.  I think I will have to invest in a few birth certificates for the Jones children. The West Midlands BMD site is certainly a big help.
