3 pluvoise an 12 ou 24 janvier 1804
I know Janvier id January, so I believe it's ...something... 12th or 24th January 1804
Tried a few online translators but they don't like "pluvoise".

"Pluviose" was one of the months of the Republican calendar, used briefly after the French Revolution.

Translation: "3 Pluviose, year 12, or 24 January 1804".

Please bear with me, trying to get that straight in my head.
So that means it's 3rd of Pluvoise in the year 12, which is the same as 24th January 1804?
