FRANCE: Records for surname Fauquembergue

I am trying find records for my French ancestors who came to England around 1907. The surname is Fauquembergue and they came from Boulogne-sur-mer. I've tried various web sites (Ancestry, GeneaNet, Geneactes, LDS) but there seem to be few searchable records on individuals. I know I can write to the Archives Departmentales du Pas-De-Calais or the Archives Municipales de Boulogne-sur -Mer.
I am going to order the some decennial tables from the LDS Family History Library but I'm unsure how comprehensive they are. Then I'll write to the French records offices. I am heading in the right direction or are there other things I should try?

It's possible they were here before 1907 if this is the right family on the 1901 census for St Martin in the Fields - 2 Bassett Chambers Bedfordbury 11-12 New St

Nestor Fauquembergue 29  French subject importer of fresh (or French) flowers
Eleanor  21  London Bayswater
Paul   2  St Martin in the Fields
RG13 Piece 240 Folio 46 Page 21

There was also Maurice Fauquenberg aged 20 French subject occ commercial clerk living as a boarder in Paddington

I don't know whether this is the same Nestor and a possible 2nd marriage.  Can't find one to an Eleanor

I don't think these are the ones. Marguerite Fauquembergue was born 1879 and her daughter 1902. Both are listed in the 1911 census as being born in Boulogne.
