Where to look for Tipperary births 1830

I am trying to trace a birth for Patrick Rohan he was born in Tipperary but I don't know where to look. His wife Margaret was also from the county but I don't have her maiden name. He was a tailor. I has told that he may have had french blood .any idea where I should start .

some Tipperary Parish record transcripts are available on the Irish Family History Foundation website at www.irish-roots.ie . It's pay site, €5 per record. (you can check the index free once you register)

they have a list of the sources included.

also just to note the records are split into the two Tipperary ridings - North & South
