Tati beat me to it!

If you look on the 1881 census on familysearch, Elizabeth is aged 36 (so born about 1845) and was born in Bridlington.

On FreeBMD, there is a birth for an Elizabeth Deighton in the Bridlington Reg District March Quarter of 1845 Ref. 23 19.

So you should be able to send for both the marriage certificate and Elizabeth's birth cert.  Grin

According to the 1851 and 1871 censuses, Elizabeth Deighton born ca. 1845 Bridlington was the daughter of Aaron and Martha - would you like the details? Smiley

Aaron Deighton - Martha Smallwood

I just came across this post doing a general web search. 

Robert Kirby Cole and Elizabeth Deighton were married at the registry office in the district of Leed on 25/28 May 1872
