Marriage of Robert Howard 1868

I just need a little help to confirm when Robert married Elizabeth Wilkin 1869 (from King's lynn).  I think I found it on July, Aug, September, 1890 4b 573.  But I can find this for an Elizabeth but can't find the same details with Roberts name next to it. 
They were married by the 1891 census.

Hi Nikki,

In FreeBMD, Robert Howard and Elizabeth Wilkin both appear on the same page 4b 573 in Sep 1890 Kings Lynn  Huh

freereg has a marriage:

Robert Howard = Elizabeth Bunkle  24/12/1870  east Walton (9 miles from Kings Lynn)

This seems closer to your date.
