Sussex 1670 Hearth Tax

Does anyone know where to locate the 1670 Hearth Tax records for Sussex?  I understand it is the next best thing as a substitute for a sort of census for that year and reveals the names of the head of the household.  Has this been transcribed?  Is someone working on it?  Does some library hold the original?  How do I get my hands on this gem?

I "googled" it and came up with some links.  One or the other may lead you to a source for the book.
