Looking for Castle Parish, Ireland.
My Great grandfather while working in England stated he was born Castle Parish
I am looking for his parents.

Is there a reason you've posted this on Co. Cavan (Ireland) board? Am confused as to why you are looking for 'Castle Parish, Ireland' when the record you posted seems to say 'Castle Parish, Durham' which is England not Ireland.

Hi
Thanks for the reply all of his death and family records say he was from Ireland and his wife and al family have confirmed it.
I noticed somewhere there is a castlehan in Mt. Connaght, in Cavan.
So I thought I would start there.
Can you help me in any way here.

You've posted information from 1861 census for Patrick which gives birthplace as Co. Durham- what about the other census records? Where exactly did he die?
