Hi Listers,
                 my web site at http://www.theoldmeadows.co.uk now contains paged entitled "Victorian Album" and "Old Soldiers". These are old photographs from my collection.
Not all the photgraphs have names to them but if anyone wants a copy of any of the photographs PM me and I will gladly send one to you.
Please note that the Victorian photographs, I think, are mostly Nottingham people. The soldiers are from all over England. Please note also that the site is best viewed at 1680 x 1050 screen resolution. Any lower and the pictures will appear off screen.
I hope the photographs are of interest to some of you.

Just to say, well done you!  I often look at the oldmeadows site,  and you have in the past put up a request for me, but I love the new additions!
Do you want pics (on CD) of Meadows forlk to add to the collection?

I'd like that very much thanks Copperbeech5. I am looking for more pictures and memories to include on the site. I have a few more of my own to put on as well. Mum came to see me last week and brought a big bag full of photographs with her, most of which I'd never seen before.
It makes you think how many other families must be in the same position, I'm 52 and didn't know these pictures existed. They could have been lost forever. Must be even worse in families where no one is interested in family history.
