Stilton
« on: Monday 27 April 09 11:05 UTC (UK) »

hi, hope that someone may be able to help me. I am looking for my extended family. my grandfather who was Albert Stilton, had three Children, Patrick, Terry and Iris, Terry was my father but has since passed, i know that my grandfather has passed a few years ago but i understand he re-married and had more children i not sure how many , but i know one of them was a daughter and she moved to the deep south of America. As theses are my aunts and uncle i would like to trace them but i have no idea where to start as i have no names or dates of birth for them.
if any one could help me any way i  would be very greatful
Many thanks

Is this his death from FreeBMD?

Feb 1990
Alfred Frederick Stilton
age 82 (bn 12 Nov 1907)
Huntingdon ref 9 1129

If so, you could send for death cert and see who informant was - could well be a son/dtr.

You could also look for a Will for him, may well list children of second marriage

Also, I see from the birth indexes that Terty and Iris were registered in Pancras reg distr. There are some later Stilton births in the same reg distr. As the peopel may still be alive, I will PM you with the list. These may(or may not) be half siblings to Terry and Iris (cant see Patrick)
