Youghal births and deaths

Could anyone tell me how to find a births in Youghal 1842-1852, also a death there in 1864. Nothing in the IGI. Would be Church of Ireland as father was Rector of Kinsalebeg Church.

Youghal town is actually in the East of Co. Cork.. but parts of Kinsalebeg are in Co. Waterford.

it looks like the RCB Library (Braemor Park, Churchtown, Dublin 14) hold the Youghal (St Mary's) registers - baptisms 1666-2000, marriages 1666-1956 & burials 1666-2001.
