Lookup pls - Woolwich birth 1836/7

I am trying to find the record of birth of Fanny JORDAN b 1836/7 in "Woolwich, Kent". She was the daug of Charles JORDAN and Ann WATERS but is not recorded in the GRO indices of 1837 onwards.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
