Could anyone please help me with a look up in the 1841 census? i am looking for:

George Loader born abt 1807? Sherbourne
and his wife Elizabeth

They should be living in the Sherbourne area. I believe his occupation to be a Grinder / Tinker

Any help would be gratefully recieved

This looks good to me!!!!!!!! This family are particulary difficult as they like to keep changing their surname? I will post to see if anyone can locate them in the 1851 for me.

There were several others who fitted with name and age but he was the only one in Sherborne and the only one with an occupation which vaguely fitted with what you had said.

I'd do the 1851 look-up for you but am about to disappear for several days, so I hope someone else comes up with the answer.
