David McFarlane
« on: Sunday 03 May 09 20:12 BST (UK) »

He married Margaret Dykes on 26th January 1807 in Perth and Margarets father was John Dykes a baker in Perth.  Both parties were resident in Perth at the time of the marriage. Margaret was from Angus, Arbroath.

I know nothing about David, except he and Margaret had 3 children born in 1808, 1821 and 1825.

Kind regards

I'm sure you will have this but just in case.....David and Margaret were living at Edinburgh in 1841. I found them at FREECEN http://www.freecen.org.uk/cgi/search.pl while looking for Margaret's mother from your other post.

Thank you, I am being really dumb here but I can't find them on the census you showed me - must be doing something wrong, just not sure what.  What information does it give?
Kind regards,

Kind regards,

Should have said it's transcribed as McFarlan. Search for Euphan McFarlan born 1825.
