I am hoping someone will be able to help. I have a death certificate for a Agnes Benson she died 11th feb 1880 Glencourse, her mother was Mary Benson and it was Agnes's uncle Francis Benson who was present at the death.
How do I find out who their parents were, the Gros no is 687/00 0003.

The Agnes Benson who died in 1880 was b. 20 June 1878, Auchindinny, Glencorse.
Mary Benson, her mother, is shown as a Paper Factory worker.

These fit nicely with the traditional Scottish naming patterns with George and Elisabeth's parents - Francis and Agnes for George and John and Mary for Elisabeth.

Agnes Benson was 18 months old. I have been researching the Benson family for 10 years, and just found this death certificate. I don't have have Agnes's grandparents or Mary's parents.
Hopefully with the info you have given me it will uncover who her parents were.

If so, you know who Mary and Francis's parents are already.
Also, Agnes' birth cert only has Mary Benson on it. No father's name is listed.
