I am in search of anyone knowing the history concerning the Spence family connections.  Of David Spence who married Isabella Falconer Murray in 1852 in Dundee Scotland.  The couple immigrated to Australia on the ship "Ida"they arrived in 1855  Isabella had a  child on board ship .  Margaret Murray Ida born 1853.  David was a Plumber.Eight other children were born to this couple.  Can anyone help in tracing this family?  Regards Carol1957

some have him as david guthrie spence , parents james maxwell spence &
jane guthrie , born 1833 shapinsay orkney , died 1911 northcote victoria
australia - has this been proved ?
