Hope someone can help on techie side (totakly not techie here)
I am in discussion with a potential rellie in a thread

but i'm not getting email when Rae updates
I don;t think I unsubscribed from updates bit, sure I didn;t but.....
Can this be fixed pleeeeeeassssse

Hi Ann,
Switch e-mail notification on/off for this topic.
You can choose be notified by e-mail whenever a new topic/reply is posted to this board.
This button is a toggle switch:
if notification was switched off, you will be asked
- "Are you sure you wish to enable notification of new topics for this board?"
if notification was switched on, you will be asked

Many thanks. Have checked the thread and notification is 'On' so not sure why didn't get an email. However having read the very helpful links you posted, will have a play and see what happens - I've probably done something daft knowing me.

Another question I think this might be the problem.
If I have notify activated on a board and I receive a notification of a new topic on there would I have to read the new topic notified to the board if it came first and then go and look for a reply to the previous topic?
Reason for asking is am still not getting notified re a particular post but have a notify on that board and am wonderiong if that's what the issue is. I have notify turned on for the topic as well.
Yours technically challenged as always
