i think this is the abraham i have been looking for in torthorwald 1841 census crossmichael village abram dixon clog maker 70 shousan dixon housekeeper 40 william mcdougall 10      1851 census  abraham dixon 83 catherine geddick 28 grandaughter housekeeper   also in the 1841 census same page john dixon 40 occ.cooper jane40  sarah16 cathren8 william alexander 4 jane maxwell 2     i have sushan and johns birth certs.in torthorwald and abrahams marriege to sarah boys  he is adam from kirkbeans brother       mosstrooper advised me about the x in the name he was correct csc
