Hi Chatters,

Another one of my longshots, so please bear with me.  My Gt grandma was Mary Ellen Goodfellow and after 1913 she has disappeared off the world after giving birth to illigitimate twins.  I have various lines of enquiries going on at the moment.... Cheesy, well you all know how it is.  However, the one place that I never thought to look before today was Scotland as she had been born in Durham.  I did a search for a death of Mary Goodfellow and it came up with 7 matches, one of which is in Hawick.  The reason that this interests me is that my newly found uncle read a post card to me today from 'Shilholm', which is in Roxburghshire.  Her other name was reed/Reid.  I cannot veiw the entry as it is registered in 1965 to confirm it today...I will pop into the Register House tomorrow.... Cheesy

I am asking if anyone knows of this family and if they can connect to my Mary?
