An excellent choice of moderator.

0830 sounds a bit late did you mean to say 0730 and bed blocks ready.

Oh I suppose 0730 is the NCO inspection - officers (and moderators) still at breakfast!

To answer the questions...

The above pic is an original WW1 pic in my collection...Actually you can just see the repeated right copy...for my stereoscope! Pse do what you will on the restoration board!

A Scrimnet is the camouflage net with dangly bits on under which soldiers hide...The dangly bits are the "scrim" the "net "is...the net!
