Hi Sandy,

Nice to be here...being a local girl I feel duty bound to help out where I can with Northamptonshire.  Shame none of mine are from here!!

Marian: (I don't know where you are, or what your local knowledge is like, so forgive me if I'm telling you what you already know!)
For the record, College Street Church is now behind the building that houses Debenhams and is one of those places I only ever really walk past after a night out on the town... Roll Eyes College Street is a little side street.  Think it would've been a nice place to get married back then...

As far as burial indexes go, I think I'll pass you back to Sandy on that one!!

I know what you mean Emma. Grin

I am often given information from other friends as we transcribe  records and therefore all help each other.

Marian the Burials for Long Buckby on the NBI2 (which we are not allowed to give out due to copyright) only go upto the 1830's for Long Buckby.

Here is Thomas's Burial I think

Thomas Amos of Long Buckby age 78 bur 24 Apr 1920 p 68   No 559

Cheers Sandy

Hi Lyn,

Am guessing a bit on this one, but it's purely by process of elimination and the fact that all the children were born post 1851...

Mary A Dunkley, Wife, 34, Northants Heyford
