James Derbyshire of this Parish Batchelor
And Maria Evans of next parish spinster
Were married in this church by banns with the confent of?? 
On 28th Day of January In the year 1823
The Marriage was Folemnized by us
James Derbyshire, (Name is written in for him and he left his Marx +)
Maria Evans (signed her own Name)
In the Presents of Richard Jones (Signed own Name)
And Mary Jones Left her mark.

The couples that married in St Hilary 90% of them local, their children
Were more than likely to be baptized there. So because the occupation
Of the male isn’t on the Marriage certs I looked for any children.

Baptisms Solemnized In the Parish of Wallasey in the County of Chester.

1824 Aug 29th James, Parents Christian Names James & Maria
Surname Derbyshire. Abode Liscard Trade Labr

They still lived Liscard & James was still a Labr in the Following years
When the other children were christened.

1826. October 10th Thomas
1828. Jan 11th  William Son of James & Maria
1831 July 24th John, Son of James & Maria.
Because they were Married by Banns and had the confent of
Maria was probably under age.

I forgot to say that there might be more children but i didn't have time to look past 1831. I had to get back home for a visitor Grin
