Good evening,
I would be grateful if anyone would be kind enough to confirm the 1841 Census details for the following family please:
Thomas BARRETT (born in London I think c1801) Sarah Ann (née SMITH), possibly born in Salibury c1806 ??
They had 5 children that I know of, but only the first two would figure in 1841:
- Thomas b. Colchester 1838 - Eliza or Elizabeth b. Colchester 1840
I believe the address may have been Butt Road, Colchester.
Many thanks.
Nick

1841 - HO107/344/5; (Colchester) St Giles; District: 5; Folio: 24; Page: 4 Butt Road
Thomas Barrett 40 Chair Maker (not born Essex) Ann Barrett 30 (Not born Essex) Thomas Barrett 3 Eliza Barrett 7 Months
Eliza was transcribed as being alone, most strange as her surname is ditto'ed and the family group is braced together !
