Hallo,
I recently found out for certain that this ancestress of mine was the youngest sister of Samuel Heron of Grimston and thus the daughter of Henry Heron.  Both Henry and Samuel were farmers and I am trying to find out more.
I have found details of Samuel's marriage and children via the IGI (these are yet to be confirmed but probably correct) but I am more interested of course in the parents Henry and X who for some reason I think was called either Elizabeth or Mary...  I also heard that the family might have been called Herring but I cannot say if this is true or not
Mary married a chap called John Bean Wallis in 1817 and died in Hull
Any help with the Herons would be appreciated.   Grin
