Hello,

I have a Susanna Maddox born in Lichfield Staffs or maybe Roundry Wilts or maybe Thadsley Staffs depending on the census transcription you want to believe around 1836. She married William Hardy, a cooper and moved to Burton on trent.

Do we have a link?

Thanks

Hi,
At the moment all I have on Maddox is my 2xGreatgrandmother Lucy Maddox c1824 Burton on Trent. She married William Yates. I'm struggling to find anything on Lucy, except her father was called Walter.I found another Maddox yesterday a Emma Maddox married George Yates in 1872, Burton on Trent. That gives me another mystery because George Yates was Lucy's son. I had a quick look on the 1851 Wiltshire census and there were only 13 Maddox in the county for the census and no Susannah.
