Co.Durham.  Cordingley, Crosthwaite, Hardwick, Kilburn, Thompson, Turton,  nr Methley,Rothwell and Whitkirk nr Leeds.  Hall at Hull.  Pottage, Key, Risdale, at Lincs.
Also Howgate at Wigan. Cookson at Huddersfield. Mountain at Otley area.

Hello,
I have an Ann(e) Cotton who was my great-great-great grandmother.Her details were as follows Born circa 1770 at Forden,Montgomeryshire.Married George Barrett at Atcham,Shropshire in 1794.Died 15 Sept 1850 at Forden,Montgomeryshire.Does any of this tally with the document that you have ?

Hi

I have an Ann Cotton born 1844  Ridgmont, Bedfordshire.
She married James Varney at Epsom, Surrey  1900
Later she was living with James in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

Hi Gragareth,

I too have an Ann (e) Cotton, mine is in Nottingham for all her life.  Not at home at present so can't remember dates, but will happily  send if it sounds hopeful!
