William and Fanny Johnston - Any chance of finding them?
« on: Wednesday 17 June 09 09:47 UTC (UK) »

I am trying to find any information about William Johnston (or Johnson) and his wife Fanny, née Clifford.

They would have been born in abt 1795ish
They were married in St Marylebone, London in 1818 (I have this from Pallots)

In Fanny's father's will, proved in 1842, he mentions that they are living in New York. From what he goes on to say, they don't seem to have any children.

Is there any chance of finding any information about them - migration, census, death?

I would be very grateful for any help or ideas.
