!I was wondering if Mary Ann Litton was her maiden name? The reason I ask is that the "Grey" Middle names of their children must come from somewhere. Mary Ann was bc 1831-33 so she could have been married before. (She would have been 30ish when marrying Michael/George). I have been searching for a Grey/Gray Marriage to a Litton/Litten but no luck yet
Moors said in the first post that Mary Ann's parents were Mary ann and James ...IGI reflects this for the MA b1845 (submitted) ..In 1881 MA states she is born 1833...
IGI has another submitted christening for a Mary b oct 1832, Dawlish d/o Richard and Mary.
have you seen an entry/census that states that MA was born in Dawlish?
