Billing/Hosking - St. Germans

George Billing married Mary Hosking in Plymouth, Devon in 1839, but they were both born in St. Germans, Cornwall.
I am trying to find any info both these people and their family if possible. I know a daughter , Elizabeth, born in 1855 St. Germans, married a William Henry Phillips of Petertavy, Devon, and they were married in Stoke Damarel, Devon in 1871. They migrated to Australia within the next year or so.
