Could you please check for the following family

George Holloway, born 1810 Ibstock
Sarah Holloway, born 1811 Hartshorne
and family
Their youngest son Edwin was born 25 Nov 1851 St George St, St Margaret, Leicester so I expect the family to be in the city of Leicester.

awhile ago you posted some questions on the batley family in Nowich, they are related to me and we are searching for information on the ancestors and decendents of any of thomas batleys family. We will be in England ( we live in Canada) in June and would love to find any decedents we can and get family information. please feel free to contact me at (*)

Hi Hilary

George H is my ggg-grandfather. I have history going back to 1640. Apparently the family name was Hollole. George W his son emigrated to Australia in 1857. George emigrated in 1864. I am progressively compiling all their descendants in Australia.

Please let me know your connection/interest.

Hello Hilton

George is my husband's GGGrandfather.  Benjamin Henry Holloway was his GGrandfather.  Benjamin married his 2nd wife Priscilla Jane Stanley in 1876 Warwick QLD.  Benjamin and Priscilla had a daughter Nellie Thirlby Holloway who married Arthur Edward Wode.  Arthur and Nellie had a son Alfred Benjamin Wode who married Mabel Pearl Wendt.  My husband Arthur Frederick Wode is their eldest son.  We live in Macarthur, Canberra, ACT.  It would be great to exchange information with you.  I do know about the Hollole connection.

We are going on holiday to Brisbane for five weeks.
